We expect the love of our life not only to be the ideal sex partner, but also an exemplary father or mother, a friend, a soulmate and not bad-looking either. Love in all its many manifestations is one of the most important mainsprings of human relationships and, for that reason, one of the most frequent themes in the creative arts. LOVE ❤️ is a portrait of love in the age of the millennial, an age of unlimited choice. It’s a generation that could be said to suffer from chronic FOMO (‘fear of missing out’, or ‘fear of missed opportunities’) and fear of failure. Inspired by the work of indie film-makers like Wes Anderson and Robert Altman, LOVE ❤️ depicts a collection of love stories in the form of a quest for the essence of this timeless emotion and its intrinsic value in a world where everything has a price.
