The Gaudeamus Music Week is an internationally renowned festival for young composers and new music. The programme of this opening concert features contemporary music in all its facets – works by seasoned composers from the previous century alongside recent creations by a young, talented generation. The work So f**king easy by the Spaniard Germán Alonso has been nominated for the 2013 Gaudeamus Prize.
