De klare lijn
May 10 2011
Dutch composer and pianist Guus Janssen wrote a new work Vrije Tijd (Free time). If such a phenomenon exists as a German klare Linie, then the music of Kurt Weill closely approaches this. However, his admirer HK Gruber, a former chorister in the Vienna Boys’ Choir and double bassist, is also a stylistic all-rounder as a composer, singer and conductor.
